Hi, I'm Grace.

I’ve been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and have now taken on the challenge of becoming a teacher myself. I love the unity that yoga brings to mind, body and soul. I hope to share my love of yoga with you, making it accessible and enjoyable to all.

Yoga first found me when I was struggling through my school studies and developing into a woman, learning to love my beautiful body. From following along to Yogis on YouTube in my bedroom, the occasional class with my mum in a studio and at the gym and university, my yoga practice has certainly been on a roller coaster. Gradually as I became more aware of poses and sequences, I began to explore the pranayama benefits the practice would bring and was inspired to incorporate more advanced postures into my practice. Mostly practicing Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, balancing the Yin and Yang energies.

I truly believe everyone can practice yoga, whether it be through breathwork, movement or mindfulness,  in order to nourish their mind, body and soul.

I taught my first ever class March 2023 and I haven’t looked back. Now teaching weekly in Hertfordshire and offering occasional workshops in London, I have had the pleasure to teach some incredible student yogis.

Becoming a teacher myself was always a dream that seemed so far out of reach, until life brought things into perspective and I said to myself ‘why not, life’s too short’. One year later I am in Koh Phangan, Thailand, completing my 200 hours YTT Hatha Vinyasa, alongside 16 other incredible people and 3 amazing teachers at La Casa Shambala. An intensive 3-week course, covering the philosophy of yoga, anatomy of the body and the different asanas. I became to realise how involved being a teacher was, so much to think about and process but I was so ready to share everything I was learning and knew I had to start teaching.

I'm always looking for more people to introduce to the beautiful practise of yoga. Please message me if this is something you would like to find out more about.

Namaste.
